Welcome and thank you for visiting. David is a Utah native Wildlife and Nature photographer specializing in the animals of Africa
David worked in the banking industry for 33 years where he built and managed a team of 50 employees. This provided him with a myriad of skills in the areas of project management, product development, meeting budgets and timelines for assigned tasks, and collaborating with multiple groups to meet a prescribed outcome.
David also has an intense love of the outdoors, and for the last 25 years has spent most of his free time shooting landscape and wildlife photography. A life-changing event occurred when David took his 1st trip to Africa. He realized this was the passion of his life. David returned home and within a year was retired and following his passion full time.
Today, David only photographs the things that bring joy to his life and this site represents those joys. He continues to spend a great deal of time in Africa, but living in Utah also affords David many other photographic opportunities such as landscape photography, LDS Temple Art Images, Indigenous People images and commercial photography.
David firmly believes this world surrounds us with natural beauty, juxtaposed against our hectic and busy lifestyles; and that the beauty of this earth was meant to inspire, motivate and heal us.
